Eligibility

Athletic Wellness Co reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Memberships and Services

Enrollment All memberships and service packages require completion of an Initial Assessment before programming begins. By enrolling, you agree to participate in this assessment process.

Fees and Payment All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Athletic Wellness Co reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of services following a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation and refund terms vary by service type. Please refer to your membership agreement or service contract for specific terms. General guidelines:

  • Memberships may require a minimum notice period for cancellation

  • Unused sessions in expired packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Athletic Wellness Co reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond our control

Late Arrivals and No-Shows Out of respect for coaches and other members, late arrivals and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in suspension of booking privileges.

Health and Physical Condition

Assumption of Risk Physical fitness and wellness activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating in Athletic Wellness Co programs and services, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or damage that may result.

Medical Clearance You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in fitness activities. If you have any known health conditions, recent injuries, or medical concerns, you agree to disclose them to your coach and obtain physician clearance before beginning any program.

Informed Participation You agree to follow all coach instructions, safety guidelines, and facility rules. Athletic Wellness Co is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or disregard of safety protocols.

Facility Rules and Code of Conduct

All members and guests are expected to:

  • Treat staff, coaches, and fellow members with respect

  • Follow all posted facility rules and coach instructions

  • Return equipment to its proper place after use

  • Maintain personal hygiene and appropriate attire

  • Refrain from behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or offensive

Athletic Wellness Co reserves the right to terminate membership or deny access to any individual who violates these standards without refund.

Text Message (SMS) Communications

By opting in to text message communications from Athletic Wellness Co, you agree to receive SMS messages which may include:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations

  • Wellness tips, fitness guidance, and health notifications

  • Promotional offers, discounts, and special events

  • Membership updates and account alerts

  • Follow-up messages related to your services or programs

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. You may also reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
